Refund & Credits Policy
How credits work, and when you can get your money back.

How credits work
Cloud audio is rounded up to whole minutes: one credit per minute, or two on Most accurate. Meeting minutes cost five credits. Translation costs one credit per 400 characters, rounded up, with a minimum of five. Speaker identification is included at no extra cost. Opening an already saved output does not itself incur a new processing charge.
The app shows the estimated cost before processing. A temporary credit hold reduces the available balance while work runs. Successful work settles the charge; failed or cancelled work returns reserved credits to the original personal or team wallet. Retries do not create an extra refund. Interrupted jobs are reconciled by scheduled maintenance; refunds may not appear immediately.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged for a transcription that failed, came out unusable, or was charged twice, email [email protected] with the date and the recording name and we will restore the credits.
If a payment went through but the credits did not arrive, send us the Paystack reference from your receipt and we will add them.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used. Email [email protected] with your Paystack reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack and can take up to 10 working days to arrive.
Packs that have been partly used, and free starter credits, are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Apple purchases and team balances
For an App Store purchase, request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple decides eligibility and processes its refunds. Contact us for missing credits or processing failures. Paystack refund instructions apply to Paystack purchases.
Only purchased credits can be moved to a team wallet. Ask support about refunds involving a team wallet so we can verify actual usage and return eligible funds through the original payment method. Funding a wallet is not treated as a waiver of statutory refund rights.
Complimentary and promotional credits
Credits we give for free, including starter credits, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
