Delete in the app

Open NarratifAI, go to Settings, then Security & privacy, then Delete account, and confirm. You may be asked to confirm your Google or Apple sign-in, or your password.

Deletion requires a fresh sign-in. It normally completes during the request; if a provider or database operation fails, access is disabled and a durable queue retries cleanup. Contact support if it has not completed within seven days. You can also use the verified deletion form on this page, including if your installed app is an older version.

Delete without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your Firebase sign-in, profile, display name and photo, personal credit balance, team memberships, invitations you sent or received, account transcripts, generated-output caches and newsletter subscription are removed. Transfer or close workspaces you own before requesting deletion. Closing a workspace removes its members and returns unused shared credits to its owner. Request any eligible refund before account deletion; deleting an account removes its remaining personal credit balance.

The deletion flow clears transcript history on the device making the request. Other devices, downloaded exports, and recordings held in the separate Chrome extension are not remotely erased: delete those copies or clear their app/browser storage yourself. Local audio files may require the app’s clear-recordings control.

Our account-deletion cleanup removes temporary job results as well as saved transcripts. Provider-held logs and backups may age out on separate schedules; we retain restricted financial records as described below.

What we keep

Records of payments and credit changes (amounts, dates and payment references) are kept as the law requires for tax and accounting. They are not used for anything else.
